Starting with a massive 5.1 inch thick Garrett bar and plate intercooler core, we developed this kit to support the needs of our highest level street/race car builds. Designed and hand-fabricated completely in house.

- Garrett 27.8″ x 12.7″ x 5.1″ bar and plate intercooler core
- Flow optimized Billet Machined End tanks
- OEM inlet/outlet size and location (contact us for a 3” inlet or outlet or HD clamp upgrade)
- Horn mount spacer/brackets (RS3 only)
- Mounting hardware and instructions
- Optional ACC mounting bracket for RS3 models with adaptive cruise control

This intercooler requires removal or modification (if wanting to retain OEM tow hook) of the crash bar. Modifications are required to the core support and front bumper for both the RS3 and TTRS. Full instructions for RS3 and TTRS provided with vehicle selection.
